Contract Holders

What additional cost other than rent am I likely to incur?

Unless otherwise notified it is usual that a contract-holder will be liable for the following costs in addition to rent throughout the occupation:

Utilities/services at the property (gas, electric, oil, water & sewage charges etc)
Council tax
Television costs (licence, cable, satellite etc)
Telephone charges (lines, rental, usages etc)
Consumables (light bulbs, batteries, vacuum cleaner bags etc)
