What happens when I have found a property I like?

Once a suitable property has been identified and viewed an Application Form needs to be submitted as soon as possible.
All applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Any persons over 18 residing in the property will need to be party to the occupation contract and each will need to complete an application form. In the case of joint contracts please note that all contract-holders are jointly and severally responsible for the rent and all other terms of the occupation contract.
Ensure all information requested is supplied or this will hold up your application.
