- Preparation and provision of statements
- Transfer of utility accounts (gas, electric & water)
- Regular property visits
- Liaising with contract holder(s)
- Dealing with routine repairs/maintenance
- Payment of repairs and other property out-goings from rents
- Serving of notices for possession
- Check out at end of Occupation Contract
10% of all rents collected plus VAT (12%). Plus setting up fee £240 per New Letting inclusive of VAT.
